Plain versions of the rules. If something here is unclear, ask us before you buy or sell rather than after.
You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the account you list must be yours to sell. Listing an account you do not own, or one you have already sold elsewhere, is grounds for removing your listings and closing your account.
A person reads every listing before it goes live: the handle, the screenshots, and whether the numbers match the account. We reject listings that are thin, misleading, or that we cannot verify.
We do not audit the account itself. We cannot see a seller's private analytics, we cannot know how an audience was built, and we do not guarantee future earnings. Checking those is what the inspection window is for.
Your payment goes to an escrow contract on BNB Smart Chain, not to a PakSocials bank account. While it sits there neither you, the other side, nor we can move it. It is released when the buyer confirms, or when the inspection window ends without a dispute.
Our fee is 2.5% of the sale, taken from the seller when a deal completes. Nothing is charged to browse, to list, or if a deal falls through.
Each platform has a handover deadline for the seller and an inspection window for the buyer. They are written into the contract when your payment arrives and cannot be altered afterwards by either side or by us.
If the seller misses the handover deadline, the buyer can reclaim their payment directly from the deal page. That does not need our agreement, and it does not need us to be online.
The inspection window exists so you can take real control: change the password, the recovery email, the phone number and two factor, and remove every other session. The checklist on your deal page lists these platform by platform.
Once you confirm, the money is released and cannot be recalled. Confirm when you have actually checked, not to be polite.
If the account is not what was listed, raise a dispute from the deal page before the inspection window ends. The deal freezes and nothing moves until it is resolved.
We read both sides and the deal history. We decide on what was listed against what was handed over. We are not a court, and where a case turns on something outside the deal, we may decline to decide and return the money to where it started.
Only a buyer who completed a deal can leave a rating, and a seller cannot reply to it or remove it. We remove ratings only for abuse, never because a seller asked.
Platforms change their rules. An account can be suspended, restricted or demonetised by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or anyone else, before or after a sale, for reasons neither side controls. We are the escrow and the marketplace, not a guarantor of what a platform does next.
Buying and selling accounts may be against the terms of service of the platform the account is on. That is between you and them, and it is worth understanding before you list or buy.
If we change them we will say so on this page with the date. A change never applies to a deal that has already started, because the terms of a deal are fixed when the payment arrives.
